As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are complete.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events and special occasions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your role is essential for supporting the kitchen staff and ensuring that the dining area is well-equipped for service.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cooking equipment using dishwashers and by hand as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated places.
• Assist kitchen staff by keeping pots, pans, and other cooking equipment clean and available.
• Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and dining areas regularly.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen manager.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.
• Assist with other tasks as needed
